Dr. Nathan Kline, Director of Research at Rockland State Hospital in New York, testified before the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor regarding methods and costs for large-scale evaluation of new anti-psychotic drugs. This was in support of Gorman's testimony on the same date.
