- The front of the card features two men in a casino, gambling. The man on the left is wearing an earring in his right ear and his right arm is up in the air. The man on the left is smiling, wearing dark sunglasses, and holding a poker chip in his right hand. The title is in yellow lettering and there is a picture of a large pair of dice in the lower left corner. On the back, there is an "out loud" message in the middle of the card: "Not stupid." There is also a "safe sex checklist" with bulleted points: "condoms & lube, cum rag, self-esteem, brain." Above, against a red background, is fiction: "I'll just take care of my STDs when I get them." Below, against a yellow background, is fact: "Some STDs, like HIV and herpes, are with you a lifetime."
