- Postcard featuring a black and white photograph of a group of medical staff and patients outside of a building. The people in the front rows are sitting, and the people in the back rows are standing. Most of the women are wearing white nurses' uniforms. Some of them are wearing a headcloth, and some have an armband with a cross. Some of the men have mustaches, and some have beards. One man has a neckbrace, some of the men have bandages on their heads, some are wearing hats, and some are wearing neckties. One woman is wearing a fancy hat and a fur coat. There are also some children in the group.
