- On the front of the card is a picture of an African-American male wearing a leopard print dress under a black transparent shawl, with make-up and a wig, leaning on top of a pool table. On the back of the card, there is an "out loud" message in the middle: "Believe me, sweetie, HIV can still be a drag." Above, against red background, is fiction about STDs: "I won't get STDs because I don't sleep with guys that have them". Below, against yellow background, is fact: "Many STDs, like HIV, chlamydia, herpes and hepatitis don't always show visible signs of infection for long periods of time."
