This video contains fourteen World War II-era cartoons used to educate service persons on various topics. The cartoons focus on the adventures of Private Snafu (situation normal, all fouled up). Situations include censoring letters, payday, observing from outposts, and being prepared. Several medical situations are highlighted, such as the physiological effects of fear, the malaria mosquito, and malaria ward.
