This video presents a series of life-support maneuvers designed to resuscitate a patient with cardiopulmonary collapse. Two doctors present their preferred practices with rubber mannequins. Apnea or asphyxia must be determined before proceeding with CPR. Patients can be ventilated through the nose or mouth, and detailed instructions are provided for each. These life support instructions were last updated in 1973.
