- A large square image in the center shows four peasants working on the irrigation canal. It is flanked by two smaller square images on each side. On the left hand side, the top image shows a woman in a room spraying insecticide on the wall; the bottom image shows a man and a woman cleaning and spraying a room. On the right hand side, the top image shows a boy sitting on a bed completely covered with a bed net; the bottom image shows a young woman sitting in an examination room while a female health worker in the white apron and cap takes blood from her earlobe. On the very top of the poster are two small round images showing how mosquitoes spread malaria and how they are bred. Each image is accompanied by brief explanatory text.
