Poster is chiefly text in Papiamentu, a language native to Aruba. There is a central box, divided diagonally into black and white halves. There is a question mark in the white half, and in the black half it says "Preguntanan tocante SIDA-AIDS, Comicion Nacional di AIDS." On either side of the box are stop signs which say "Stop AIDS."
