Metal frame beds line each wall of the porch. There are six of them, three to a side, and each one has a patient in it. The photo was taken from inside the porch which shows two sides glassed-in. Some patients have small tables next to their beds. The table in the foreground appears to have books on it. Several of the patients are wearing hats.
