White poster with bright blue lettering. Initial title words at top of poster. Dominant visual image is a symbolically shaped red heart with five protruding cylinders, perhaps representing veins and arteries. The heart is broken. A large, three-pronged segment is missing and many cracks are evident. The protruding cylinders are also jagged. Remaining title words and note at bottom of poster.
