- Grayish-purple (thistle) poster trimmed in white, with white, black, and fuchsia lettering, announcing symposium, Apr. 1986. Also lists dates and contact for more information. Title at top of poster. Dominant image is a reproduction of a pencil drawing of a hand. The hand emerges from an uneven surface that looks like rock or earth. The fingers on the hand are mostly extended. A mechanical device, very similar to a screw and two bolts, surrounds the index and middle fingers.
