- In a well-to-do household, a health worker is sitting at a table writing the responses, to health care questions, of a woman who is leaning on her forearms on the table. Verso: WHO/14790. EMRO. In co-operation with the Tunisian Government, WHO undertook a pilot study in the Cape Bon peninsula to detrmine the utilization paterns of health services ans the factors that influnce them. The pilot study is part of a long-term WHO multidisciplinary research program on the organization and strategy of health services. In a well-to-do household in the city of Nabeul, an interviewer asks questions on the utilization of health services. The questions are designed to elicit clear replies.
