A breeding ground for scientists. Chaim Weizmann, who becane the first president of the young state of isreal, in 1934 founded the Institute that bears his name at Rehovoth. Foreign scientists are welcomed at the Weisman Institute where 40 researcher workers from other countries wre engaged when this photograph was taken.
