Brought by the ambulance, not even half an hour after the onset of the attack, the physician begins to treat the patient before taking him to the hospital. immediataly the windpipe is cleared by suction and oxygen is given through a mask. This treatment will be continued during the transfer to hospital where the patient will be placed in a department for acute cardiovasuclar emergencies.
