This film, presented by the Division of Dental Public Health, describes fluoridation research, which began with an experiment in Grand Rapids, Michigan, then was repeated in cities around the country. This led to lower levels of tooth decay in the population. The different types of chemicals used are described, the costs associated with them, and the methods for adding them to the water supply.
