(Critical) This program presents a systematic approach toward artifact film interpretation. Film identification, test film, and radiographs with artifacts that are common in radiology are also included. The presentation is well done, accurate and meets its objectives. Thus, the program is highly recommended for students of radiologic technology. and When looking through artifact film, it is important to assess the quality of the artifact and the ability of the facility to process it correctly. This program walks the viewer through a systematic approach to assess quality. The correct handling, exposure, and processing methods also must be used to limit damage and increase shelf life. Several slides with step-by-step instructions and film examples are presented throughout the video.
