This 1975 lecture by Col. Joseph Sakakini was recorded at the 24th Annual Armed Forces Seminar on Obstetrics and Gynecology in San Antonio. Col. Sakakini presents a paper by Dr. John Buster on a study of maternal unconjugated estriol levels in a series of uncomplicated pregnancies between 28 and 41 weeks to observe if any effects from changing fetal adrenal steroidogenesis could be detected peripherally. A slideshow of graphs is used to present the results of the study.
