(Critical) This program presents a discussion of head posture and its effect on occluding tooth surfaces. The alteration of habitual closing patterns of Posselt's envelope is demonstrated by comparing the inclination of the Frankfort Plane to a horizontal standard, a carpenter's level. Various ranges of mandibular motion are also depicted. The presentation is well done, meets its objectives, and is technically proficient. Thus, this program is recommended for beginning students in dental occlusion.
