This video presents a group of panelists, all of whom have different approaches to behavior modification. The audience is introduced to the story of two children, both of whom have some form of disability and have shown self-destructive behavior. Possible solutions range from negative reinforcement (such as a shock therapy,) absence of positive reinforcement (such as withholding food,) and positive reinforcement (such as compliments and kind words.) Yet another panelist suggests that limiting a child's options would restrict his freedom for better. The panelists discuss as well as compare and contrast their methods.
