- In this illustrated postcard, a nurse tells a surprised man that he is the father of twins. The nurse wears a long white apron, with a blue shirt underneath and a white collar. She stands in a doorway, her hand on the door knob, and the wooden door partially open. The father on the other side is wearing a blue suit, red and white striped shirt and red tie. His right hand is clutching his hair and there is a surprised expression on his face.
