This is a color illustrated postcard of an Edwardian nanny pushing a very ornate baby carriage against a yellow background. The nurse wears a long black dress with a red and yellow collar. She also wears a frilly white and blue cap and apron. The carriage is wicker with a pink and black umbrella attached to shade the baby, whose head in a white frilly cap is just barely visible. The text admonishing the nanny to attend to her duties is in a circle at the bottom right of the card.
