- Postcard featuring a painting of a nurse bending down to give support to a man with a bandaged head whose left leg had been amputated. She is holding a wooden crutch in her right hand and is holding his arm with her left. He is sitting on the bed in white pajamas and a beige bathrobe, poised to stand up as the other crutch is positioned under his left arm. A Red Crescent symbol is present on her uniform and on his bandage, his bathrobe and his bed. Underneath the image is a Red Crescent symbol with Ottoman Turkish calligraphy around it and a banner above it.
