- Abstract:
- When sick men or paroled officers are being moved from one place to another, a trusty will be appointed to accompany them and hold onto their possessions until arrival, furloughs will no longer be granted to paroled prisoners, and they should report to one of four camps in the areas from which their regiment was raised.
