- Abstract:
- An officer shall be designated in any town with a General Hospital to perform military functions as laid out in General orders no.36, records must be kept in hospitals of the dates for which rations have been commuted, transportation for soldiers on sick leave will no longer be paid by the Quartermasters, and men assigned to skeleton regiments under General orders no. 102 of 1861 will now be reassigned to their former companies as vacancies occur.
