- Abstract:
- Vounteers cannot be discharged until a certificate of disability has been approved by the Medical Director, chaplains of the New York Volunteer Regiments in service for two years will be paid the same as chaplains in other regiments for three years, and Captain John McNab and Assistant Surgeon Lafayette Guild have been stricken from the rolls for disloyalty to the government.
