She also has a stethoscope hanging from the back of her neck. She has her back to the patient and is looking backward. One nurse has a hand on the patient's forearm. Another nurse is standing at the head of the stretcher with hands on both sides of the patient. The patient is covered with a whitish blanket or sheet.
