- Postcard with a moving part, called a "mechanical" postcard, features a color illustration of a nurse carrying a tray. She is turning her head away from the tray in disgust. A hinge covers what is in the tray and when the hinge is lifted it reveals a rotten egg that is causing the foul odor.
