One doctor for 400 people in Isreal, which is the highest proportion of fully qualified doctors of any country in the world. The medical school at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem can graduate 70 doctors every year. The country today has over 5,000 doctors, 1,000 dentists and 1,100 pharmacits.
